We are a print on demand store so all of the items on our site are made to order per each customer's specific design, size and color requests. This is the reason we are able to offer so many different combinations. Since each order is made specifically for each customer we are not able to offer returns or exchanges. We also can't resell items due to allergy restrictions that certain dogs or customers may have to other breeds. With that in mind, please double check our size charts and your pup's measurements to assure accuracy. It's better to size up than down if you are unsure.
